‍b. Arbitration Agreement. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be finally settled by binding arbitration under Swiss law. The arbitration shall take place in Zurich, Switzerland, and the proceedings shall be conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.

‍c. No Class Actions. You agree that disputes must be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.

‍d. Exceptions to Arbitration. Either party may bring a claim in a Swiss small claims court or seek injunctive relief for intellectual property infringement without first engaging in arbitration.
