# Relationship Intelligence: know who actually knows who

Every contact in Lighthouse now carries a relationship strength score, a hot, warm, or cold temperature, and the name of the teammate who knows them best. Built automatically from your team's activity, so there is nothing to log.

Your fund's real advantage is not the contacts in your CRM. It is knowing which of them will actually pick up, and which partner should be the one to ask. That knowledge usually lives in people's heads, and it walks out of the door with them.
Relationship Intelligence puts it on the record. Here's what's new:

- New A relationship strength score on every contact Each contact now carries a strength score and a temperature: hot, warm, or cold. It is built automatically from your team's activity across channels, email, calendar, and LinkedIn, so there is nothing to log and no one to chase for updates.
- New Who knows them best Every contact shows the teammate with the strongest connection to them. Route intro requests through the person who actually has the relationship instead of guessing on Slack or asking the whole partnership.
- New Sort and filter your whole network Sort your entire network by relationship strength to see where your real reach sits, or filter for the relationships going cold so you can reach out before they lapse.

## Why this matters

Most funds treat their network as a list of names. In practice it is a map of who owes whom a favour, who last spoke six weeks ago, and who has gone quiet since the fund closed. That map decides whether a warm intro lands or a cold email dies, and until now it was invisible.
Because the scoring runs off activity your team already generates, it stays current on its own. No one has to remember to log a coffee, and a partner leaving no longer takes their relationships with them.
