# AI-powered meeting prep: a brief for every meeting

Every meeting in Lighthouse now comes with its own AI-generated brief, built from your emails, LinkedIn conversations, meeting history, and notes. Nothing to prepare, nothing to dig up.
Jacopo Bonfiglio - Co-founder @ Lighthouse

Investors spend the first five minutes of most meetings reconstructing context: scrolling back through an email thread, checking who made the intro, trying to remember what was promised last time. The information exists. It is just scattered across inboxes, LinkedIn, and notes.
Lighthouse now does the reconstruction for you. Here's what's new:

- New AI-powered meeting prep for investors Every meeting in Lighthouse now comes with its own brief, generated the moment you click on it. It pulls from your emails, LinkedIn conversations, meeting history, and notes to surface who you're meeting, what's at stake, and what you covered last time. There's nothing to prepare and nothing to dig up: the context that already lived in Lighthouse now shows up right when you need it, so the first minutes are spent deciding what to say instead of remembering what happened.

## How it works

Open a meeting from your calendar in Lighthouse and the brief is generated on the spot. It reads the email threads with the people on the invite, your LinkedIn conversations with them, the notes your team has logged, and the summaries from previous calls, then condenses it into the three things you need: who is in the room, what is at stake, and where you left off.

## Why this matters

Most investors meet more people in a week than they can hold in their head. The cost is not forgetting a name. It is walking in without the one detail that makes the conversation feel continuous: the intro that came through a co-investor, the metric the founder promised to send, the objection a partner raised after the last call. That detail already lives in Lighthouse. Now it surfaces without anyone looking for it.
Because the brief draws on activity your team already generates, it stays current without anyone maintaining it. A colleague's email exchange or a note from their last call shows up in your brief too, so the whole partnership walks in with the same picture.
